**Resourcing4HR** is on the lookout for a talented **HRIS Coordinator** to join a leading global company. This role is an exceptional opportunity to contribute to a team that values innovation, sustainability, and making a difference in the world.
- **Location**: London/ Remote (with Tuesdays spent working with the HR team in the stunning office in Covent Garden)
- **Contract**: 6-Month Fixed Term, Part-Time (20 hours/week) with potential for extension.
- **Salary**: Up to £30,000 (Pro-rata) + Fantastic Perks including Annual Bonus, Product Allocations, and Generous Staff Discounts
We’re searching for an individual with a passion for data integrity, an eye for detail, and a desire to support a global team. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring operational excellence in HRIS processes and providing an exceptional experience across various regions including UK, EMEA and APAC.
**The Role**:
In this multifaceted role, you will:
- **Data Management**: Handle processing and auditing of new hires, input significant data changes, and uphold the accuracy of employee data.
- **System Administration**: Aid in the creation of jobs and user fields in the HR System, oversee user access, and contribute to system testing and implementation.
- **Operational Support**: Assist in HR functional reporting, audit employee data, ensure effective onboarding, and maintain accurate HRIS process documentation.
- **Compliance & Ethics**: Ensure compliance with all legal standards regarding data usage, sharing, and storage.
- **Collaboration & Support**: Act as the initial contact for HRIS issues, offering top-notch support to employees and aiding regional HR and Payroll teams.
**About You**:
- Minimum 1-3 years' experience in HRIS, HR Operations, or HR Technology
- Proficiency in Excel (data, formulas,Vlookups and Pivot Tables a must) and a comfortable pace in a fast-moving environment
- A team player with a positive outlook and a knack for organisation
