Data Administrator
As we continue to expand, we now need two additional data Validation administrators to support our ongoing contract with a major automotive OEM. We need strong data inputting and data checking capabilities along with a strong checking and validation approach.
Key Responsibilities of Data Validation Administrator:
. Ensure that all new projects are promptly and accurately set up in accordance with the required Administration protocol including the allocation of unique project number, receipt of project authorisations and appropriate file creation.
. Confirm that all ongoing activities are covered by a current client project authorisation based on timescale or volume of parts.
. Check all daily project information received from site operations via the reporting system
. Complete detailed checks of all data and ensure applied/entered to correct data fields in spreadsheets and reports
. Identify any data anomalies and report.
. Complete query log for all data misrepresentations or incorrectly allocated activities from site operations.
. Liaise with internal finance and operations functions to report and confirm queries or data inputted.
. Send data sheets to site operations business or plant managers, identifying issues or incorrect, questionable entries and correct as required
. Complete, distribute and file all paperwork corresponding to the projects in accordance with the required Administration procedures
. Prepare on agreed timescale (i.e. within five days of the project ending) the appropriate Project invoices and after approval arrange their issue.
Requirements of Data Validation Administrator:
. Strong data inputting and checking experience
. Attention to detail and ability to analyse detailed numerical information in volume
. String MS Excel Proven experience operating Faro Arm and CMM equipment.
. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and precision.
. Ability to troubleshoot and resolve volume data and information issues.
. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
. Prior experience in a manufacturing or automotive BIW/Tooling - Jogs and Fixtures environment is beneficial.
. Level 3 Qualification or Equivalent

Salary: £12 to £15 p/hr, depending on experience
Hours: 40 hour working week with core hours around 8.00am to 5.00pm
Hybrid working with upto 2 days at our Head Office in Fort Dunlop potentially.
