Are you experienced in administration with a passion for organising and coordinating? Do you enjoy working on projects and have a flair for communication? This is an opportunity for an Activities Coordinator based in Edgbaston, Birmingham to work on a hybrid basis, 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
You will be working in a vibrant and engaging environment, where teamwork and customer focus are at the core of operations. As the Activities Coordinator, your duties will include: 
Facilitating engagement with groups and activities

Providing excellent customer service, ensuring reviews and evaluations take place to improve services

Coordinating teams to ensure effective service delivery

Assisting in developing policies, processes and procedures within the department

Creating and maintaining up-to-date literature and reports for internal and external communication

Guiding groups in budget preparation and management

Building relationships, working with wider teams to support and enhance activities, recommending improvements to management
As the Activities Coordinator, you will have:
Previous experience working in a fast-paced administration role

Experienced in organising projects, activities or events

Excellent communication skills, liaising with customers both over the telephone and via email

Knowledge of student events would be beneficial 

You may have experience in any of the following roles: Administrator, Events Administrator, Events Coordinator, Student Groups Coordinator, Administration Assistant, Customer Service Administrator,  Administration Co-ordinator, Marketing Coordinator, Marketing & Events Co-ordinator
As the Activities Coordinator, you will receive a salary of £24,937 per annum plus excellent benefits
