Job Overview
Our client is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Assistant to join their small team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for helping people, providing excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle customer enquiries efficiently and professionally.
Key Responsibilities
Provide exceptional customer service via phone and email to allocated national accounts and independent customers.
Processing customer orders and requests received by whatever means.
Be responsible for the correct administration for your allocated accounts, keeping detailed and accurate records of customer interactions.
Responsible for the correct logging of all calls, orders and queries via SAP
Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes, working closely with the Accounts Department.
Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
Qualifications
Proven experience in a customer service role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and SAP, would be an advantage
