The Company:

The company are now seeking a prospect-centric, data-driven and collaborative Sales & Marketing Director to bring their services to life for prospective customers.
Role & Responsibilities of the Sales & Marketing Director:
* An integral part of the divisional leadership team, guiding the way to achieving long-term strategic goals.
* Lead a talented team, sharpening skills and expanding capabilities.
* Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies to achieve business growth objectives.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
* Set and monitor sales targets, providing regular performance updates to senior management.
* Stay ahead of industry trends, leveraging new technologies and methodologies to maintain a competitive edge.
About You as the Sales & Marketing Director:
* An accomplished functional leader and experienced commercial professional, able to balance a busy business as usual function, while transforming ready for the future.
* Demonstrated experience in creating high-performing sales teams.
* A strategic thinker adept at negotiation and relationship management.
* Collaborative behaviours to drive positive interfaces with other senior leaders, clients and wider stakeholders.
* Openness to innovation, being an advocate for pragmatic solutions, rather than blockers.
* Experienced in financial oversight and comfortable in fast-paced environments.
