Office Coordinator

Main responsibilities:
· Operate 5 on the road Engineers.
· Checking receipts and signing off cash payments
· Ordering stock
· Process orders from various suppliers.
· Ensure all vehicles are taxed, serviced, have insurance and MOT.
· Email suppliers and customers
· Take phone calls from customers and send over details to the engineers.
· Send off all sub-contractor paperwork.
· Obtain reviews and feedback from customers via phone and email.
· Book in sales appointments and fitting dates with customers that fit the diary.
· Process sales enquires to the system.
· Process orders for the parts
· Design small marketing campaigns for social media and websites
· Post out receipts and guarantees.
· Deal with customer complaints
· Ensuring all invoices are paid, filed correctly and chasing customers on payment where required.
