About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Parts Coordinator to join our team at Activate Group Limited. As a key member of our Parts Administration team, you will play a crucial role in facilitating parts orders for our Activate Accident Repair (AAR) division.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and process parts orders from AAR repair centers, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of parts and resolve any issues that may arise.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key contacts at AAR and other stakeholders.
- Monitor and chase any parts delays or backorders, ensuring that our customers receive their parts on time.
- Provide administrative support to the Head of Parts and Operations Manager, including data entry, report generation, and other tasks as required.
Requirements
- Excellent organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word.
- Database experience and ability to learn new systems quickly.
