As a

Team Leader

you will be responsible for inspirational leadership of a team of around 6 customer service advisors.

Key responsibilitiesnLine Manager responsibility for c.6 customer service advisors within bankingnMonitoring of SLAs, customer satisfaction, FCA compliance, TCF, adherence to the bank’s values, policies and proceduresnUse of management information for reporting purposes
