Smashburger are looking to recruit talented and ambitious Restaurant Team Leaders for our Milton Keynes Restaurant.

As a Restaurant Team Leader you will be responsible for ensuring each and every guest receives outstanding service, take responsibility for standards within the restaurant and assist with the training of our team.

**Responsibilities of a Restaurant Team Leader**:

- Assist with the ongoing training and development of the restaurant team;
- Champion and personify the Smashburger culture within the restaurant and the team;
- Take ownership of guest experience and ensure each and every guest receives outstanding service;
**Requirements of a Restaurant Team Leader**:

- Previous supervisory/team leader experience in a restaurant/hospitality environment;
- Demonstrable leadership skills;
- An energetic and fun personality coupled with a ‘can-do’ attitude
