The process:
Veritas Education has close partnerships with several Camden-based primary schools and is trusted with recruiting, interviewing, and vetting teaching assistants for these prestigious institutions. Upon receiving your CV, we will conduct an initial phone call interview to discuss your experience and your motivation for becoming a teaching assistant. If successful, we will continue with the registration process and create a unique profile to match you with the school we believe suits you best.
What to Expect:
An Initial Paid Trial Day: You will be invited to a paid trial day to observe your integration into the school environment and your ability to work with children in the classroom.
Diverse Responsibilities: Your role will include general teaching assistance and providing additional support to small groups and individual students.
Professional Development: This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates interested in exploring a career in teaching and education.

You will be assigned to a specific class or year group within KS1 or KS2 for the duration of the academic year.
You will work alongside the class teacher in supporting the learning and development of the pupils within your care.
You will lead intervention groups with students who need additional support.
You will work in a fast-paced environment, where every day is different and be expected to adapt and respond to new challenges that arise.
You will forge a close professional relationship with parents within the school community, liasing with them about their child's progress and providing feedback on their daily activities.
You will uphold the values and morals of the school and contribute to fostering a caring and nurturing environment. Candidate Requirements:
A Bachelors degree
Note that previous experience working in schools is not mandatory but desirable. Application Process:
