What you’ll be doing:
The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and assisting different parts of the organisation, interacting with internal or external customers providing day to day administrative support throughout the business as required. This role will work predominantly with Customer Support and Purchasing departments.
The right individual should be a great team player, have a proven track record of attention to detail, consistency and accuracy and have effective time management skills with the ability to work to tight and changing deadlines.
This is your ideal role if you have:
Excellent verbal and written communications
Ability to administer complex paperwork, with excellent attention to detail.
Good knowledge and use of Excel and other Office 365 packages,
Accurate data input, record keeping and reporting skills
Ability to identify, prioritise and resolve problems
