An excellent opportunity to join a well-respected Housing Association to provide an essential service to tenants of the Association

Business Support Administrator
12 month fixed-term contract
£25,000 per annum
37 hours per week

Working from their offices in Axbridge with parking on site. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be the first point of contact for residents in regard to various queries about their tenancies.

You will be dealing with tenancy related matters such as reporting of ASB, matters relating to their rent account, voids and letting of properties, mutual exchanges and dealing with changes to tenancies.

Alongside this you will be carrying out data entry, administrative backup for the team and ensuring compliance folders are updated regularly

You will maintain the Gas Safety register, fire safety, electrical safety and damp and mould. You will also be responsible for registering and responding to complaints and compliments and carrying out customer satisfaction surveys.
