We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to oversee a new build residential scheme in West London. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team and play a key role in delivering a high-quality development in one of London's most sought-after areas. This position is with a strong main contractor, who have gone from strength to strength the past 5 years, greatly increasing turnover and headcount. This contractor only delivers residential schemes including retirement living, apartments (private & social), student accomodations and hotels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and coordinate all aspects of the project, from inception to completion
* Ensure the project is delivered on time and within budget
* Oversee the construction process, including contractor management and quality control
* Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met
* Monitor and report on project progress and performance
* Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience as a Project Manager in residential construction projects
* Strong leadership and communication skills
* Excellent time and budget management skills
* Knowledge of building regulations and construction processes
* Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
* Relevant qualifications in project management or construction-related field
Location: West London Salary: Competitive, based on experience
