We have an exciting opportunity for a career driven Sales Manager to join our client on a permanent basis.
My client is a well-established company operating within the Kitchens, Bathrooms and Bedrooms sector of the home improvement market. They are looking to appoint a Sales Manager to cover the Glasgow and Edinburgh area with key duties including:
* Attending qualified appointments at customers properties (no cold calling)
* Understanding customer needs
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets
* Identifying sales opportunities
* Developing and maintaining the brand
* Increasing local knowledge of the brand
* Meeting and exceeding sales targets
The successful candidate will be an experienced and highly motivated individual with the desire to achieve and exceed targets.
With a proven track record in a B2C sales role you will have strong organisation and excellent communication skills. You will have the ability to build rapport with customers and to really understand their needs.
My client is offering a basic starting salary of £30k plus car allowance and a competitive bonus structure.
