As a Behaviour Mentor Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in creating a positive learning environment and providing tailored support to students with behavioural needs. Your responsibilities will include implementing behaviour management strategies, providing one-on-one support, and working closely with teaching staff to ensure the individual needs of each student are met.
