Qualifications:
- Minimum of 6 months experience in a UK Primary School setting.
- Enhanced DBS on the update service (preferred).
- Background in supporting children with special educational needs, in either educational or similar environments.
- Strong understanding of various SEN conditions and effective strategies for support.
- Patience, empathy, and a sincere commitment to helping students thrive.
- Ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant qualification) are advantageous but not mandatory.

- Provide tailored support to students with SEN on an individual or small group basis, addressing their specific needs.
- Assist in the preparation and execution of lessons and activities, modifying resources and methods as necessary.
- Support students with personal care and mobility requirements when needed.
- Monitor and assess student progress, offering constructive feedback to educators and families.
- Cultivate a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages participation and engagement.
