Here We Flo is a rapidly growing, feminist & inclusive B Corporation with delightfully big ambitions and wonderfully wise advisors (investors from Harry’s, Charlotte Tilbury, Unilever, Method, etc.). This is an incredible opportunity for an ambitious, analytical and enthusiastic account executive based in the UK to work with our Head of Sales UK/EU to take the business to the next level. This role is focused on growing our key grocery and high street accounts, as well as assisting with new business development opportunities.


You will be our:

  • High Street & Online Account Exec You’ll have full account management, P&L and JBP responsibility for multiple customers You will deliver specified business targets (revenue, spend & profit), manage forecasts, proactively close range gaps & pitch NPD. 
  • Reporting & Analytics You’ll own monthly UK performance and share reporting & analysis, pulling key insights to share with our customers & internal team You’ll also be the gatekeeper for UK key accounts external sales (EPOS) reports.
  • Master Data Keeper Organised is your middle name You’ll be our UK Master Data Keeper, responsible for the creation, consolidation and maintenance of key internal Master Docs. You’ll support our NAM and Head of Sales in Promo Form and NLF completions.  
  • New Biz Champion ⚡️ Identify and progress incremental growth opportunities within the business Not only will you be taking the core business to new heights but will also lead key business development efforts in getting new business, helping to open up new accounts & channels (ie within OOH, Convenience, Pharmacy)


Who you are:

  • We are looking for someone who has experience working in FMCG, blue chip and/or fast-scaling start up with a minimum of 1 year’s experience working in sales - a mix of account management + business development is a plus Maybe you have strong experience working at blue chip FMCG companies and are looking for start-up experience, or you have worked across the board at start-ups and scale-ups and love building. Or you are someone with all these experiences and can hit the ground running
