What will I be doing?
You will be joining a people and technology-driven business, working within their busy and fast paced contact centre, taking a large volume of calls from valued customers and Financial Advisors, and engaging in professional conversations regarding their life assurance, savings, investments or pension plans.
Whether assisting customers who are planning for their well-deserved retirement, helping them access their investments or benefits, updating personal information or providing them with support during difficult times such as a family bereavement, you'll play a vital role in providing a seamless experience during moments that really matter.
The ideal candidate will have a customer-focused background so don't worry if you don't have a financial services background as 4-week's worth of comprehensive training will be given, to provide you with all the tools and knowledge required to be successful within the role.

Excellent listening and communication skills are your thing - both verbal and written. These are core to what they do, communicating complex matters in a simple and supportive way, providing their customers with an outstanding service.
You can solve problems, be flexible in your approach and adapt to changing priorities, comfortable switching between multiple IT applications whilst demonstrating excellent attention to detail.
You can work to targets and deliver on deadlines set to you to always ensure customer satisfaction.
