Senior Account Director – Social Commerce agency London (4 days in-office) | up to £85,000 + bonus + share options We’re working with one of the UK’s fastest-growing social commerce businesses - helping consumer brands succeed on TikTok Shop and beyond. They combine creative, influencer, live shopping, and performance under one roof, managing everything from content and logistics to fulfilment and analytics. Now 30+ people strong (and growing fast), they’re looking for a Senior Account Director to bring maturity, structure, and commercial leadership to their client team as they scale into their next phase of growth. The Opportunity Lead and develop a team of Account Managers and Senior Account Managers - setting standards, coaching for growth, and building high-performing, empowered teams. Oversee performance across a portfolio of brand accounts, ensuring delivery excellence, client satisfaction, and commercial success. Act as the senior escalation point for key clients, leading strategic conversations, troubleshooting, and spotting opportunities for growth. Partner with leadership to evolve the account management function - introducing processes, frameworks, and ways of working that enable sustainable scaling. Bring a commercial lens to everything - from pricing and forecasting to margins, P&L, and efficiency. What We’re Looking For Experienced Account Director or Senior Account Director from a digital, paid social, or performance-led agency. Strong commercial acumen - confident owning revenue, forecasting, and ROI conversations. A people-first leader who knows how to mentor and motivate a team, not just manage them. Calm, credible communicator who brings polish and structure to client relationships. Thrives in fast-paced, entrepreneurial settings and enjoys building something from the ground up.
