Hawk 3 Talent Solutions are working with a large manufacturing client based in North Yorkshire who are looking for someone to support with the Internal Permanent Recruitment for a couple of sites across North Yorkshire and East Riding.
The Role of Internal Recruiter/Talent Acquisition Specialist
The Internal Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent for the company. This includes developing and implementing sourcing strategies, conducting interviews, and managing the recruitment process.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the recruiting lifecycle and be able to build relationships with both hiring managers and candidates.
You will have recruited Senior Managers/Directors and have a good knowledge of high-end permanent recruitment.
Skills/Knowledge/Experience
Proven experience in a similar role in a fast-paced environment, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
Familiarity with recruitment strategies, candidate sourcing, and interviewing techniques.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external agencies.
Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple recruitment activities simultaneously.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other HR software.
Analytical mindset with the ability to derive meaningful insights from recruitment data.
Knowledge of relevant employment laws and regulations.
Understanding of the recruitment lifecycle
