Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the pharmacy operation, ensuring timely and accurate processing of all incoming prescriptions.
  • Lead and manage the pharmacy services team to achieve operational excellence and high performance.
  • Develop and implement strategies to streamline pharmacy processes, reducing inefficiencies and enhancing service delivery.
  • Drive change and transformation initiatives to modernise and optimise pharmacy operations.
  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and industry standards.

About You Registered Pharmacist with an active license to practice. Extensive experience in pharmacy operations, with a strong background in managing prescription processing, building, and dispensing. Proven track record of leading and implementing change and transformation initiatives. Excellent operational leadership skills, with the ability to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.
