Where  you’ll  be working  
You’ll join our lifeguarding team at  Teddington Pools & Fitness Centre, TW11 8EZ  

 

Facilities here include  main and  learner  pools, fitness suite,  spin studio , hydrotherapy pool  and  s tudio space .    The Centre is open  to the public  7 days a week from 6.30am to 10pm.  

 

What  you’ll  be doing  

Providing a professional and friendly approach to pool safety will be your main objective .   Making sure that all customers are kept in a safe and secure environment, delivering great customer  service  and ensuring facilities are clean,  safe  and staffed, so that every customer has  a great experience .

What  we’ll  need from you  

You  must   hold a UK recognised   National Pool Lifeguard qualifi cation  for this role .   A first aid qualification and some experience would also be very desirable.  Good  communication  and organisational skills are essential for this role .    

 

You’ll  also need a good knowledge of Health & Safety and an understanding of Diversity and Equality in employment and provision of a service .    

 

You’ll  be  working   a  rolling  4 week   rota averaging  22   hours per week and this will include a  mix  of weekday and weekend  shifts  ( which   cover early and late shifts ) .

Actual s tarting salary will be £ 15 , 887  for  2 2   h ou rs  p /w

(Salary progression range is  £ 1 5 ,887  to £ 18,696 pa )
