Role Description
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operation Coordinator to join our team in Milton Keynes. This is a full-time, on-site role where you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth and efficient running of our operations. You will be at the heart of our operations, managing day-to-day activities, coordinating with various departments, and providing exceptional customer service. Your role will also involve streamlining administrative processes to enhance our operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee and coordinate daily operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing inquiries and resolving issues with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the management of logistics, including coordinating shipments and ensuring timely delivery.
- Provide administrative support, including document preparation, data entry, and scheduling.
- Collaborate with the operations team to identify and implement process improvements.
- Monitor and report on key operational metrics, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Support the planning and execution of projects to drive operational excellence.
Qualifications:
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve problems efficiently.
- Experience in operations management, logistics, or supply chain management is highly desirable.
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across various levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
