The Professional Services Division of the SF Recruitment are currently recruiting for a Sales Administrator to work for our growing client on a full time basis. This is a brand new position within a small family run business
The role of a Sales Administrator will include:
- To answer sales enquiries (e-mail and phone) with professionalism, technical knowledge, courtesy, attention to detail and enthusiasm
- To send a quotation and supporting documentation the same day if at all possible
- To follow up on the quotation up to 3 times or until such time as the quote is classified as "dead" or proceeds to an order. To keep enquiries organised by priority, easily identifiable so that they can be accessed by other staff.
- To obtain visuals for client to approve.
- To obtain an order in writing via email or with a Purchase Order.
- To place orders for manufacture with suppliers as appropriate
- To book operators for installation using Order Confirmation and e-diary
- To arrange couriers
- To raise invoices using Sage Line 50
The Ideal Candidate:
- The ideal candidate will be engaging and enthusiastic
- Have excellent communication skills with a confident telephone manner
- Have a strong background in client servicing
- Is self motived and proactive, capable of processing sales enquiries and co-ordinating live projects from concept to installation
Benefits:
up to £32,000 dependent on experience
Monday to Thursday - 9.00am - 17.00pm and Friday 9.00am - 16.00pm
