Role: Learning Mentor (Behaviour Focus)

About the Role:
As a Learning Mentor, you'll play a crucial role in supporting students in their academic and personal development. Your primary focus will be on promoting positive behaviour and providing guidance to students facing challenges. You'll work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to create a nurturing environment where every child can thrive.
Key Responsibilities:
Implementing behaviour management strategies tailored to individual student needs
Providing one-on-one support and mentoring to students experiencing difficulties
Collaborating with teachers to develop and implement intervention plans
Building positive relationships with students, parents, and staff members
Monitoring and tracking student progress, offering feedback and support as neededRequirements:
Previous experience working with children or young people, ideally within a school setting
Strong understanding of behaviour management techniques and strategies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Patience, empathy, and a genuine passion for supporting student success
