You’ll be joining the team based in Glasgow as their Clinical Psychologist, playing a vital part in their ambitions to change the outcomes for the most vulnerable young people in the West of Scotland.
If you can:
* Provide specialist psychological assessments of young people based upon the appropriate use, interpretation and integration of complex data from a variety of sources.
* Formulate and implement plans for the formal psychological treatment and/or management of a young person’s psychological and behavioral presentation.
* Implement a range of psychological interventions for individuals, carers, staff, professionals and families.
* Communicate in a skilled and sensitive manner.
And have:
* A post -graduate doctoral level training in clinical psychology as accredited by the BPS or HCPC.
And be :
* Experienced in working with a wide variety of young people.
* Experienced in exercising clinical responsibility for young people’s psychological care and treatment.
* Enthusiastic about a broad range of psychology phenomena related to the development of concerning behaviour and psychological difficulties.
* Able to work as part of a team as well as being comfortable working autonomously.
