A unique and brilliant opportunity for a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join an in-house maintenance team on a commercial property by Kings Cross, London. Stand out opportunity for an experienced maintenance engineer compared to generic building service maintenance roles, this role offers a great salary, alongside several benefits and perks you won't find elsewhere.
This role follows a 36 hour working week, (Monday - Friday) on a state of the art commercial property, undergoing PPM and Reactive maintenance on mechanical and electrical systems alongside any remedial works and emergencies on site. For this role,you will need an excellent knowledge of commercial M&E maintenance.
In return, you will receive a generous salary, an excellent pension scheme, (20.5%) annual salary uplift and bonuses, additional training and the opportunity to work client direct.
Duties:
PPMs & Reactive maintenance
Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), Shutdowns, Motors, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, Water Treatment and BMS Operation
Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements.
Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
Organising subcontractors
Completing logbooks and RAMS
Reports
Permits to work
Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.
Requirements:
Fully qualified in either Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering - City and Guilds / NVQ (Or equivalent) 
Ability to fault find, diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical systems 
At least 5 years experience prior within commercial maintenance 
Career driven and motivated 
Polite and personable 
Salary and Benefits:
£54,000 per annum 
Monday - Friday, 36 hour working week 
27 days annual leave + Bank holidays 
20.5% pension scheme
