Electrically Biased Multi-Skilled Engineer
King's Cross, London

This is a standout role for any Electrical Bias Multi-Skilled Engineer to work for an in-house maintenance team on a commercial property located near Kings Cross. This exciting opportunity offers an excellent package that will not be found elsewhere 
The package our client offers includes a generous salary, £54,000 per annum, an excellent pension scheme, 20.5% contributory pension scheme, annual bonuses and salary uplift. 
This role will follow a 36 hour working week pattern, undergoing PPM and Reactive maintenance on M&E equipment, troubleshooting, ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations, complete logbooks / RAMS and ensure all statutory compliance is adhered to. To be successful in this role, you will need to be fully qualified in electrical installations (C&G / NVQ or equivalent), ability to work on mechanical systems comfortably and able to work in a fast paced environment. 
Duties:
PPMs & Reactive maintenance
Single and Three Phase Power, Motors, Generators (on/off load tests), LV/HV switching, Shutdowns, Switchgear, Motors, Emergency Lighting, Fire Alarm Test, AHUs, FCUs, VAVs, Sprinkler Systems, Pumps, Belts, Bearings, Seals, BMS Operation
Carry out isolation of plant and systems in accordance with safety requirements.
Ensure corrective/repair works are carried out in accordance with regulations.
Endorse safe working practices, quality standards conformity and best practice methods.
Organising subcontractors
Completing logbooks and RAMS
Reports
Permits to work
Raise and close jobs on PDA's as necessary.
Requirements:
City and Guilds / NVQ (or equivalent) qualifications in Electrical Installations 
Ability to fault find, diagnose and repair electrical, mechanical and HVAC equipment 
At least 5 years experience in Commercial Maintenance 
Career driven and motivated 
Apprentice trained - Desirable 
Salary and Benefits:
£54,000 per annum
