We are currently seeking a skilled Multi Trader to join our team at Skilled Careers Ltd. As a Multi Trader, you will be responsible for carrying out reactive maintenance within tenanted properties, utilizing a PDA and interacting with tenants and planners on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out repairs and maintenance tasks within tenanted properties
• Utilize a PDA to manage tasks and communicate with stakeholders
• Interact with tenants and planners to resolve issues and provide excellent customer service
• Work independently and as part of a team to achieve goals and objectives

Requirements:

• Experience in social housing maintenance
• Plumbing or Carpentry qualification
• Full UK driving license
• Own tools
