An international company based in Farnborough are seeking a confident individual to join their results driven finance department. They are unique in their approach to AR and rather than pressuring their team with targets they offer guidance and training to help you succeed. Credit Controller / Accounts Assistant Responsibilities:
Chasing outstanding debt, using a variety of methods such as email, phone and an automated in-house system.
Ensuring that timely payment is made by following company procedures and guidelines.
Posting and allocating collections against the client ledger
Dealing with customers over the phone and via email by responding to queries
Ensuring you are aware of individual debts and balances.
Working as a part of a supportive Team under a Manager that will offer you a lot of time and guidance.
Admin support to the wider finance team
Providing statements and Invoices
Supporting the AP Manager
Dealing with account reconciliations
Skills Required:
Finance degree or working towards an Accounting qualifications
AR or Credit Control experience
Confident phone manner
Good written and spoken English.
