Sales Support

The candidate will take on the responsibility of Sales Support and manage the day to day running of the department. Customers service will be key as you will be our customers first point of contact. Assisting the Sales team with sales reports, updating price files, arranging samples and management of the office alongside the Operations Manager.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Reports for the sales team to assist with their targetsn·
Updating customer information and price files on the company’s systemn·
Customer servicen·
Administrative work including filing, and preparing documents for the sales team’s customer meetingsn·
Organising sample requestsn·
Assisting the Operations Manager with the day to day running of the officen·
Ad-hoc secretarial duties, including running personal errands for managementn·
Welcoming visitors, assisting with signing in and seating them in the waiting arean·
Organising refreshments for meetingsn·
Covering the role of order processing when required
Skills
·
A positive and upbeat attituden·
Previous use of Microsoft Office & Excel would be a benefitn·
Works well under pressuren·
Excellent verbal and written communication skillsn·
Excellent organisational skillsn·
A team playern·
Full training will be provided
