They are looking for a  Sales Support – Order Processor. The candidate will take on the responsibilities of being our customers first point of contact, processing sales orders and monitoring customers deliveries, ensuring the deliveries arrive on time with no issues, general customers service with high attention to detail. This is a full-time role based at our Head Office in Sawbridgeworth.  Key Duties & Responsibilities  
  • Processing orders
  • Monitoring deliveries throughout the day
  • Dealing with the warehouse on a daily basis and resolving any delivery issues when they occur

  • Screening calls and taking detailed, accurate messages where necessary
