A long-standing client of mine based in Sawbridgeworth, Herts are currently looking for an Administrator to support their Purchasing Team.

You will be part of the team responsible for ordering the products supplied to customers, as well as liaising with the sales, accounts and customer services departments.

The right person will be self motivated, ambitious and able to work under pressure.

Key duties will include:

- Assisting in the purchasing of stock.
- Chasing back orders.
- Queries with sales orders.
- Inputting sales and purchase orders.
- Updating stock database
- Arranging return of goods to suppliers
- General Admin support.
