Responsibilities:
Manage and develop a portfolio of existing accounts, ensuring profitability
Handle inbound customer enquiries, process quotations, and sales orders
Proactively identify and target new customers through outbound activity
Work closely with the external sales team, providing support and assistance
Administer sales orders and quotations, ensuring excellent communication and customer satisfaction
Utilise the internal CRM system and Sage accounts system for processing sales and purchases
Procure the best pricing for customers and the business
Update and communicate any amendments or changes to orders
Collaborate with the external sales function from quotations through to purchasingOur client is looking for someone who not only has the necessary skills and experience but also possesses the right personality and character traits.
