We are looking for a motivated salesperson to generate interest and secure new business sales with companies companies throughout the UK. Our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is a comprehensive recruiting system made for employers. Our customers include Care Providers and Schools. However the system can support a wide range of recruiting approaches across many types of company.
The opportunity is simple; all companies benefit from in-house recruitment and avoiding external recruiting fees. To team and recruit successfully is made easy with our system without the need for high levels of recruiting expertise. If you have experience of a specific market or markets then we can discuss an approach to suit.
The role of ATS Sales Executive is a new business sales role. Ongoing relationships and satisfying our customers' changing expectations is vitally important to us. You will therefore have an ongoing role to play with customers that offer the potential for further growth.
We can accommodate working from home, at our offices in Medway, Kent or a hybrid approach.
The role of ATS Sales Executive in detail
As a new business sales executive, your job will be to profile your market, initiate first contact and persuade Executives, HR leaders and Talent Acquisition leaders to review and purchase our product. Initially you will have access to somebody who can demonstrate our product on your behalf. However, over time, you will be expected to competently demonstrate the system yourself. Prospect demonstrations are commonly delivered via Microsoft Teams, but can be delivered in person, if justified.
Build a target list of appropriately screened organisations
Approach each target to promote interest and qualify buying potential
Adhere to a rigorous sales process with genuine prospects
Acquire contract signature after agreeing system delivery timescales
Regularly report your qualified opportunities and threats
You will be expected to secure your first sale within 2 months of starting in post. Ongoing targets are moderate and commissions are substantial. Commissions are paid only after successful system delivery, as agreed with the customer. The typical period of time between contract and delivery completion is 2 weeks. The typical period of time between delivery completion and successful operation is a further 2 weeks.

General Skills for our ATS Sales Executive
IT literate with experience of CRM, HR or Recruitment System access
Competent with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams etc.)
Excellent written English. Commas are not full stops and sentences do start with capitalisation, please
Excellent communicator, both in person and over the telephone, MS Teams etc.
An understanding of the sales process and how to illicit interest in others.
ATS Sales Executive Experience
A former recruiter who has worked for a recruitment agent could achieve high levels of success in this role.
Experience of new business sales in a B2b (business to business) capacity.
Working to sales targets with sophisticated products.
Closing deals and signing contracts that are mutually beneficial.
Achieving targets.
Personal Background
An aptitude for our ATS Sales Executive can be honed within many markets. However, new business sales requires a set of skills. They are hard to learn for people who fail to control situations or who are uncomfortable doing so. So, if you are personable, bright, motivated, honest, respectful and a bit of a control freak then you might be the person we are looking for.
Remuneration
This is to be discussed and based upon experience. However, commission and uncapped and generous based upon the net value of new annual subscription revenues. We have a threshold scheme for target achievement, beyond which the commission rises.
Monthly non-commissioned revenue: £1,000
Commission rate thereafter: 25%
