About the Role

Premier Recruitment Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Sales Executive to join their team. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for selling fixed line phone systems to potential customers and existing mobile customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively generate leads and build relationships with key decision makers to close deals.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including researching potential customers, inputting accurate information, and following up leads to meet targets and KPIs.
  • Utilize questioning and listening skills to build rapport with customers and drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with the Lead Gen team to generate leads and support the sales cycle.
Person Specification
  • Ability to work accurately under pressure and within deadlines.
  • Excellent questioning skills and customer-focused approach.
  • Perseverance and self-motivation to follow up leads and drive sales growth.
  • Previous experience of building a sales pipeline and converting deals.
  • Strong relationships building and management skills.
  • Drive to succeed and a strong team player.
