About the role:
As we continue to evolve, we're looking for a Group Executive Chef to join our team. This is a UK wide role and we're flexible on location.
Setting the tone and leading our plans for the delivery of great food across a hospitality estate that incorporates multiple brands, menus and styles of service. Ensuring our offering is on trend, appropriately costed and produced in accordance with the highest quality and hygiene/safety standards, you will strive to drive consistent delivery, guest satisfaction and great sales.
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate with the likes of operations, commercial, purchasing and HR. You will strive to ensure a strong reputation for our sites and the wider business, while also supporting wider efforts to recruit, develop and retain a team of exceptional chefs.
About you:
Driving and with a sense of urgency yet still sociable, outgoing and a great communicator, you work well under pressure. You are competitive, goal orientated and ambitious, yet self-aware and able to take others with you on the journey.
You work well with minimal supervision and can exercise creative flair, whilst still ensuring a compliant and consistent approach.
An inspiring leader with a burning passion for hospitality, you will be resilient, keep calm and bounce back when things don't go to plan. What's more, you will want to play a leading role in recruiting, training, and supporting our talented pool of chefs. The future here is bright, and you'll be a big part of that
