About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Group Executive Chef to join our Central Support Office team. As a key member of our hospitality leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the delivery of exceptional food experiences across our diverse portfolio of hotels, bars, and restaurants.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement culinary strategies to drive sales growth and guest satisfaction
  • Lead a team of chefs to deliver high-quality food products and services that meet the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene
  • Collaborate with operations, commercial, purchasing, and HR teams to ensure seamless execution of culinary plans
  • Recruit, train, and develop a talented pool of chefs to support the growth and success of our business
Requirements
  • Proven track record of success as a Group Executive Chef or equivalent role in a similar hospitality organization
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team of chefs
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
  • Passion for hospitality and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest experiences
