Your Mission
As a BMS Minor Works Manager will be responsible for achieving effective and profitable results within the Support and Projects Department, the Minor Works Manager will handle Quotes and Minor Works under £10k, ensuring efficient use of business systems for precise monthly reporting.
Lead all aspects of Minor Works
End to end delivery of all Minor Works Projects  
The Ideal Candidate
Previous work experience in a small/minor works role
Experience of working within the BMS space either as a Service Engineer, Commissioning Engineers, Design Engineer.
Stellar communication skills
Ability to target sales leads and opportunities to maintain and increase turnover
