Key Responsibilities:

* Deliver BMS project works: Manage and execute key project deliverables related to BMS installation and optimisation.
* Maintenance work: Handle both planned and reactive BMS maintenance, remotely and on-site.
* Energy optimisation: Develop and implement energy-saving strategies through the BMS platform.
* Stakeholder communication: Work closely with project management and clients to ensure projects run smoothly, identifying and resolving potential delays.
* Relationship building: Foster strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and third-party contractors to meet project goals.
* Skill development: Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and software developments within the BMS field.

Candidate Requirements:

* Education: A degree or equivalent qualification in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.
* BMS Experience: Expertise in Delta systems is essential. Knowledge or experience with Honeywell, Trend, or Tridium platforms is advantageous but not required.
* Technical Skills: Ability to create and modify software strategies for BMS platforms.
* Project Management: Solid understanding of project delivery methods and ability to solve complex problems.
* Driving License: Full, clean driving license is required.
* Eligibility: Must have the right to work in the UK.
* Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, strong customer service orientation, and a positive team-player attitude.
* Travel: Willingness to travel locally with occasional nationwide travel required.
