Returns Coordinator

Adecco have teamed up with a modern and innovating audio solutions business in Basingstoke, they are seeking a professional to join there aftercare team. As a Returns Coordinator you will play an integral part in dealing with returns, replacement orders and refunds.
Salary: £24,000
Hours: Monday to Thursday 9.00am to 5.30pm and Friday 9.00am to 4.30pm

The main day to day responsibilities in the warehouse:
Oversee the end-to-end of the returns process.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customers
Maintain accurate records of RMA requests, actions taken, and outcomes.
Work closely with the technical support team to diagnose issues, ensure proper documentation, and facilitate the repair or replacement process.
Conduct quality checks on returned products to determine the cause of failure and ensure compliance with warranty terms and conditions.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for the return, repair, or replacement of products.
Identify opportunities to streamline operations and improve customer satisfaction. This amazing company will look to recruit candidates with the following;
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
