An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Returns Coordinator to join our Distribution Centre team reporting to the Stock and Administration Manager. The Returns Coordinators is responsible for managing the process of handling returned goods ensuring efficient and accurate processing of returned goods while adhering to best practice.

**Responsibilities**:

- Process all returns from customer physically and systematically.
- Liaising with various internal functions.
- Booking and managing Courier Returns
- Breakage management
- Investigating customer and internal discrepancies

**About You**:

- Demonstrate punctuality and exhibit excellent time management skills
- Bring substantial experience within roles of similar or comparable nature
- A preferred background in WMS experience
- Proficient various Office 365 programs
- Display a proactive and friendly, demeanor
- Adept at both independent work and seamless collaboration within a dynamic team
- Exemplify excellent communication skills, fostering effective interactions with colleagues and customers
- Showcase a high degree of organisation
