We are currently offering an exciting opportunity for two Administrative Officers to join our team. In this role, you will play a vital part in delivering exceptional services to our students. Reporting to and working closely with the Director of Marketing/Administration and Student Recruitment, you will contribute significantly to our students' success.


Key Responsibilities:


As an Administrative Officer, you will be at the forefront of providing efficient student support services. Your responsibilities will include:


  • Providing face-to-face customer service
  • Making phone calls to students and maintaining a tracker
  • Advising students on universities and courses
  • Welcoming applicants and assisting with document preparation
  • Offering guidance on CVs and personal statements
  • Assisting with online applications and follow-ups
  • Liaising with partner universities/colleges
  • Arranging interviews and preparing students for them
  • Handling office tasks such as filing, generating reports, and presentations


You will be responsible for tracking and monitoring students' applications at various stages, ensuring excellent communication both internally and externally.


Experience and Qualifications:


To excel in this role, you should be self-motivated and a team player with excellent communication skills. We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications and experience:


  • Previous experience in an educational environment
  • Preferably a degree or relevant qualification
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Excellent telephone etiquette
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
  • Strong attention to detail
