Job Description:nWe are seeking an efficient and organised Office Administrator to ensure the smooth running of our office operations. The ideal candidate will be a proactive multitasker with excellent communication skills and the ability to handle various administrative tasks efficiently.

Responsibilities:nEnsure the day-to-day smooth running of the office, including coordinating meeting rooms, catering, and stationery orders.nProvide administrative support to local Senior Management, the Facilities team, and other team members, as required.nProviding administrative support to the corporate functions, HR, and Finance.nGreet visitors to the organisation and support their needs during their stay.nConduct orientation and onboarding of UK employees into the office.nManage inbound and outbound shipmentsnLiaise with and manage day-to-day relationships with building management.nPlan and manage local corporate events.nAssist Sales and Marketing with Client events.nFulfil Fire Marshall and Trained First Aider responsibilities.nEngage with US counterparts to coordinate and support cross-company communications and team events.

Qualifications:nPrevious experience in office administration or a related field preferred.nStrong organisational and time-management skills.nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).nAbility to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.nFire Marshall and First Aid training/certification preferred (or willingness to undergo training).
