If so, our award-winning real estate client in the picturesque Hampstead Village is looking for a Sales Administrator to bolster their busy sales team.



About the Role:


As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be a key player in supporting the highly successful Hampstead sales team. Working alongside five seasoned negotiators, you’ll manage a range of tasks to keep their operations running seamlessly. Your responsibilities will include handling client information via the Reapit system, preparing essential documents, and ensuring an excellent online presence for properties.




Key Responsibilities:


  • Support the Sales Manager and Negotiators with daily tasks.
  • Promptly manage and distribute online inquiries.
  • Update and maintain property details on Reapit and other platforms.
  • Prepare and send valuation/instruction letters and other key documents.
  • Ensure the reception area remains welcoming and professional.
  • Organize property photography, floor plans, and necessary documents.
  • Prepare and proof-read advertising content for publications.
  • Manage Anti-Money Laundering procedures and general office administration.

  • Excellent Communication: Strong grammar, proof-reading, and customer relations skills.
