If so, our award-winning real estate client nestled in the charming Hampstead Village is on the lookout for a Sales Administrator to join and support their bustling sales team.




About the Role:


As a Sales Administrator, you’ll be the go-to support for the thriving Hampstead sales team. You’ll work closely with five experienced negotiators, ensuring everything runs like clockwork. From managing client information in Reapit to preparing key documents and enhancing the online presence of stunning properties, your role is crucial in keeping the momentum going.



Key Responsibilities:


- Assist the Sales Manager and Negotiators with daily operations.

- Swiftly manage and allocate online inquiries.

- Keep property details up to date on Reapit and other platforms.

- Prepare and dispatch valuation/instruction letters and other important documents.

- Maintain a welcoming and professional reception area.

- Coordinate property photography, floor plans, and essential paperwork.

- Create and proofread advertising content for various publications.

- Handle Anti-Money Laundering procedures and general office tasks.
