Role overview


The Conversion Specialist is instrumental in driving the success of our client’s campaigns. This proactive role involves the meticulous identification and establishment of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and objectives tailored to our clients' unique goals. With a keen focus on precision, the specialist ensures the deployment of robust tracking systems, enabling accurate measurement and insightful reporting on project performance with the overall goal on optimising project and campaign performance to maximise visitor conversion into leads.


Key Qualifications / Skills


  • Driven to make campaigns, deliverables and projects successful for our clients by identifying KPIs and objectives, ensuring that the appropriate tracking mechanisms are in place to allow us to report on project metrics


  • Proactively review launched campaigns and projects to discover how they are tracking against the defined metrics for success and highlighting points of action to the client on how to further optimise the conversion rate


  • Demonstrates exceptional interpersonal abilities with experience in a client-facing role. Capable of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and translating those into actionable strategies. Must be comfortable presenting findings and recommendations to clients, as well as facilitating discussions to align expectations and deliverables.


  • Proven expertise in using analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics) and data visualisation tools (e.g., Tableau, Google Looker Studio) to monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions.


  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms including Eloqua and Marketo, with the ability to implement campaigns, set up tracking, and optimise workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.


  • Ability to analyse complex data sets to understand conversion trends, user behaviour, and campaign effectiveness, translating insights into actionable optimisation strategies.


  • Understanding of web technologies, including HTML and JavaScript, to assist in the accurate implementation of tracking codes and conversion pixels.


  • Excellent organisational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the capability to work effectively with cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders to achieve shared goals.


  • A commitment to staying up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, conversion rate optimisation, and marketing automation.
