Are you passionate about finding the best content and conversations online? Do you have a strong command of social media and a knack for identifying trending news and topics? Our client is seeking a talented Content Specialist to join their team. With excellent editorial judgement and expertise in using advanced GenAI tools, you will play a crucial role in improving the output of our client's GenAI applications.


Responsibilities:

  • Review a variety of content, including credible news, entertainment, and short-form video (SFV) from diverse sources
  • Stay up to date with cultural trends across various topics
  • Apply review guidelines to content at scale, ensuring accuracy and consistency
  • Collaborate with internal content and product teams to enhance the user experience
  • Utilise GenAI applications, such as LLM-based tools, to review and improve output
  • Have the flexibility to work an unconventional schedule, including nights, Saturdays, and Sundays


Requirements:

  • Experience in social media, editorial, content creation, journalism, or digital media
  • Deep knowledge of the social media landscape and SFV content
  • Familiarity with social discovery and/or social listening tools (e.g., NewsWhip)
  • Strong skills in editorial strategy and creating exceptional digital content
  • Proficiency in using GenAI products for personal and professional purposes
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Language skills (e.g., Spanish, French, Portuguese, Hindi) are a plus, but not essential
  • Bachelor's degree required
