The role
We are recruiting for the role of Gallery Services Advisor to join our Gallery Services team based at our Head Office at the Mailbox, Birmingham.

Located in The Mailbox, Birmingham a short walk from New Street Station, you will be based in our new state-of-the-art office space opposite our flagship gallery. “Welcome to the family” is the first thing you will hear from our Managing Director Ian Weatherby-Blythe when you join, as well as meeting our friendly and passionate Gallery Services team.

Key Responsibilities
* Point of contact for Regional Directors within their region.
* Working closely with Regional Directors to deliver the company guidelines on gallery curation/display.
* Proactively supporting sales via a central location and actively providing sales opportunities on an area and one to one basis.
* Primary decision maker in ordering and placement of artwork with your region of galleries, by using product knowledge and sales data.
* Provide sales enquiry support nationally.
* Work closely with the Head of Gallery Services and provide a summary of sales and forward planning on a regular basis.
* Support for artist launches and national events.
* Awareness and ability to react well to urgent requests without compromising on accuracy.
* Recommend process improvements.
* Liaising with other departments as required to determine solutions and meet gallery needs.
The role is full time and permanent, working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Sunday, 5 days out of 7. Please note this role does not benefit from hybrid working.
