HR Assistant

Hours for this role are 8:45am – 5pm Monday to Friday
Key Responsibilities:
* As a HR Assistant, you will assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
* Coordinate new hire orientation and on-boarding activities
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases
* Manage employee time off requests and attendance tracking
* Provide support for employee relations issues and assist with conflict resolution
* The HR Assistant will assist with HR compliance activities, including maintaining employee handbooks and ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures
* Support training and development initiatives for employees
* Assist with HR reporting and data analysis as needed
* Other HR and administrative duties as assigned
Qualifications:
* Experience in HR or related administrative role
* Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Knowledge of HR laws and regulations
* Proficient in Microsoft Office suite
